Dearest Beloved Readers,
Sometimes we all need to pause and reflect...
After a few months of some insane juggling activity and hair-tearing here at the studio, I finally decided it’s time to seize control of the steering wheel, stop driving at a breakneck speed and a take a little breather at the rest area. In other words, you and me, we need to have a serious discussion 😉
Analogies aside: here at the studio, one of our MOST important priorities has always been making sure we bend over backwards to over-deliver AMAZING creations to our clients in a timely manner. In this past few months we have been experiencing some UNBELIEVABLE growth in projects and inquiries and finding ourselves a little short-handed. Our little team has put in a ton of overtime hours to make sure everyone gets their projects delivered with the TreeSpace Studio quality and attention. We have also had to reschedule the ship dates on quite a few projects to ensure this. Unfortunately this means letting a few dream projects slip through the cracks and customer service has been so burdened we are unable to be as responsive as we want to be, so my sincerest apologies!!
Fully Booked & Regroup
So as much as it pains me to say it, and as much as I appreciate our team’s dedication, such hours are not sustainable going forward so while we would dearly LOVE to work with EVERYONE who has inquired so far, unfortunately we can only take on a few. For the foreseeable next few months, our schedule is fully booked while we regroup and focus on creating a system to ensure that we only take on projects that we can complete to our highest quality standards, with great customer service AND in an efficient and timely manner.
What is the first upcoming important change?
We are going through some very exciting changes here at the studio, and first change which you might have already noticed is that we are not taking any more semi-custom Boutique and Atelier wedding invitations or orders for our hand-painted greeting cards for the rest of 2012 and so we have put our SHOP under maintenance mode while we build our new collection, coming up in 2013. I can’t share all that is under development right now, but I promise it will be awesome!
